    The Space:

    Perched on the sixth floor, this oceanfront condo in the Baywatch complex offers a sweeping ocean view. Stash your bags, grab the beverage of your choice, and step out to your oceanfront balcony to start enjoying it immediately. Inside, you’ll find a light-filled space with all the comforts of home. The chef can prepare tasty meals in the full, well-equipped kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances, and the gang can dine together at the adjacent table.



    When it’s time to explore, you don’t have to go far to find fun - the Baywatch community offers 18 indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, kiddie pool, and more. With an on-site gym, you can even sneak in a workout before dinner - at one of the on-site restaurants, naturally. Cool off at the end of the day in the central AC while you watch some TV, or take advantage of the free DVD rental program and pop in a movie. More vacation conveniences include a washer/dryer and central AC.

    Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

    Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

Top Notch Accommodations

Everything about this unit was great. From check in to check out it was fantastic. The resort has so much to offer. From indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The added to bonus of beach chairs and beach umbrella was much appreciated.

Clean resort, quiet. Clean and nice room. Kitchen fully stocked, extra beach supplies available for use. Beautiful views, sat out on the balcony a lot. The double bed I slept in was very hard, but worked for a short 2night stay. No complaints besides the hard bed!

Beautiful property with great pools and lazy River. Very fast elevators. We enjoy the food at the Sandtrap restaurant and drinks at the tiki bar. Great place for the whole family.

Great location - clean spacious room on the beach

Loved the location and the size of the rooms. There a bunch of pools and even on sunny days do not get busy. The room was clean and the balcony overlooking the beach also wraps around so it can bee accessed from multiple rooms.

Perfect family vacation space

The condo is clean and welcoming. We stayed with grandkids and had plenty of room for fun and games together, with space for privacy as needed. The washer & dryer are also a big plus! We loved how easy the access to the pools and beach are.

Best stay ever

This is our 1st time staying at this hotel. We have been coming to bike fest since 2001 and this hotel is the very best that we have found. The owners of our room should pat themselves on the back because the roo. Is modern and is very well kept. We absolutely live this room.

From Chicago to North Myrtle

Our week at Baywatch Resort was great. Our condo was as expected. We loved the wrap-around balcony with a great view of the ocean. We had a couple of maintenance issues but were resolved quickly. I will say it was a little tight to sleep ten people when it is adult s and older teens.

Endless Ocean View

The endless view of the ocean from the wrap around balcony are beautiful. Overall we loved our stay , the couch needs to be replaced and the dryer door would not stay open. I needed my husband to hold while I was using- get a hook to keep in place.
