Important Notice: Resort Construction
Please be aware that from now through April 2027, portions of the resort will be undergoing construction.
Current (07/19/26 - until further notice): The lazy river, outdoor pool, and hot tub are closed due to construction.
Beginning September 2026: An additional construction project will begin, and guests may experience daytime construction activity and noise through April 2027. During your stay renovations may restrict balcony access. This restriction for the oceanfront and side balconies in Unit 310 began on Sept. 14 and will conclude on or about Oct. 15. For your protection and to provide full access to workers, there will be no use of the balconies during this period by guests and no furniture or other items may be placed on either balcony. At some point, likely toward the end of this period, the floors of the balconies will be coated. After the floor coating is applied, any disturbance of that surface will be fined at $500 plus the cost of resurfacing.
