This comfortable oceanfront condo is exactly what you have been looking for. This two-bedroom, two-bath, oceanfront condo is located in a family friendly area of North Myrtle Beach which is located in the Windy Hill section. It is located on the first floor with a beautiful view of the ocean which can be seen from the living room and master bedroom.

This tastefully furnished and well maintained condo has tile and hardwood floors through out the entire condo.

The living room has sliding glass double doors that lead onto the balcony where beautiful sunrises and stunning sunsets can be enjoyed and the calming sound of the ocean can be yours during any season. The condo was remodeled in July 2022. This condo has a full-size fully equipped kitchen with dining area. New dishes, pots and pans, and crock pot was added to the kitchen in July 2022. For additional sleeping space, there is a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a DVD/CD Player, VCR Player, 50' television and cable. High Speed internet access is also available.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, private bath and a 20' television with cable. The ocean can be seen from this window. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and 20' television with cable. Each bedroom has sufficient closet space to meet your needs. Linens are provided for both bedrooms. Towels and washcloths are provided for both bathrooms.

There is a laundry room in the condo with a high efficiency washer & dryer, on site parking and an oceanfront pool. There are 2 grills located on this property for your grilling needs.

This condo accepts dogs, however there is a limit of 2. We provide sheets for the living room furniture. Please use them if your fur baby sheds. Fur is so hard to get of of that furniture. Thank you in advance

After a fun filled day on the beach, you may want to go to Barefoot landing or eat at one of many great restaurants located less than 5 minutes away. You may want to spend the evening at the Alabama Theater or the House of Blues. Barefoot landing also has many walkways where children can feed the fish and ducks. For the shoppers in the crowd, Tanger Outlet Mall and Myrtle Beach Mall are all close at hand. There are many mini-golf courses close for your families entertainment.

Loved the beach view! The buildings to the sides weren't even visible most of the time. Condo was clean, well stocked. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

On check in discovered that unit had not been cleaned from prior tenant. Bed linens stripped and balled up, towels balled up on bathroom floor. Left VM and message through VRBO for host without response. Close to an hour later my spouse reached Host. Cleaning lady came out that evening, by then it basically scrubbed our first night plans. Host blamed cleaning lady, cleaning lady blamed host. Apparently when we added a couple more nights to the front end 7 weeks in advance that was missed. Check in instructions are outdated, do not match digital lock. Two of three phone numbers on fridge are disconnected or unavailable. A/C didn't work. We ended up having window and sliding door open with A/C off because it got to 76 in the unit while it was lower 70s outside. Other than that the unit is nice, for the price it is a beach front bargain. beautiful view off the balcony. So we do appreciate that aspect. Overall it's fairly clean, modern and well furnished. Access and parking are easy, and the area is nice and feels safe.

This is a very nice unit in a nice area. There is a wonderful view from the balcony. The unit is supplied with everything you would need. The beach access was very convienient. It was also located very close to many restaurants we like to visit. We loved that the unit was pet friendly. We loved being able to bring our tiny toy poodle. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Stay was great. Note, I did notice the drain pipe under kitchen sink leaks as it looks like someone placed a plastic tub to catch the leaking drain pipe. Just wanted to bring this to your attention.

Wonderful cozy condo right on the beach!

This condo was a fantastic retreat at the beach for our family of 4 and 2 fur babies. Everything we needed was provided and thought of. We really appreciated having access to beach chairs and an umbrella! The decor was cozy and inviting, and the place was immaculate, which can be a rare find when you rent a pet-friendly home. The area was quiet and I treasured my mornings on the deck looking at the ocean with coffee in hand. We appreciated having several coffee makers to choose from also. We would recommend this condo to any family or couple looking to get away with their pups for a “home away from home” feel. The outdoor pool was cool, clean, and refreshing. Thanks so much!

I can not recommend this place enough. Mrs. Carla was so very helpful and had everything lined up perfectly. Mrs. Tomika was ready and available to help with any questions. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures and truly ocean front, with only a short walk to the beach.

The condo was very nice, very close to the beach. Would have liked to bbq some food but grill was charcoal grill that was rusted through on the bottom, inoperable.

What a great condo!

My family and I stayed here over Spring Break and college visits for my oldest. The area is quiet and convenient, and the view is wonderful. The owners are great too! It was such an easy stay. Our family of 4 and 2 dogs had a lot of room and just a fabulous time. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

My favorite place to vacation with my family.

Great condo and location. This is my 4th year in this condo. The cleaning crew do a great job. The condo is very comfortable and view of the ocean is amazing. I saw beautiful sunrises and start of sunsets. We loved to sit on the deck and watch and listen to the ocean everyday. Walked the neighborhood and to stores. Loved how close it was to our favorite stores and restaurants. Booked again for next year.

Beautiful from Sunrise to Sunset

Great stay - up early to see Sunrise each day; loved being able to have the doggie with us. Thomika was phenomenal as I had a small problem and she came right over an assisted - even offering me the ability to use her home if I needed. True customer service. Last minute decision to stay extra night and that was a breeze to accomplish. thank you so much - and we'll definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed a pleasant week here. The pros: Had everything we needed to enjoy local seafood without going out. You can’t beat beach front. Beautiful morning views. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Cons: A bit dark in living room, even with table lamps on. Master bath fan noisy but doesn’t actually work or if irked perfectly. it does, couldn’t tell. Main bath room fan worked perfect. VRBO ad soecifi d hot tub but there was none. And they closed the pool nov 1 so no place to lounge because all chairs locked inside pool area. All in all, nice clean and quiet place for our vacation. fan w
