"It's not a great area surrounding the hotel but we never felt scared or unsafe. The room we got was amazing. Spacious, lots of beds to use, all the appliances we needed, full fridge, lots of seating. Would love to stay here again. Didn't mind the parking across the street. It's not far. $25/night. The front desk workers were very nice and helpful. The elevators were clean and quick. There were places to eat around us like local restaurants. "

"It's my second time here, and I don't want to recommend about this place bc if more people come they will raise their prices, which as for now are very reasonable and it's much better then a hotel room in my opinion. Full kitchen, washing machine, clean fun and comfortable. Don't come here, I want availability and the same price on my next visit here ;) . "

"Peaceful, fun, safe, quality time. Estevan is a sweet, laid back, friendly, helpful host totally available and genuinely cares that you are having a good time. You must understand that you are doing a little bit of camping. The bathroom is clean and safe and totally adequate and it is up the dock not in the boat. Embrace the moonlight walk and enjoy the serene marina. Listen to Sea Lions and watch Osprey and meet other nice people (or maybe you will have the whole dock to yourself) We fished off...

"Great place, location is perfect walking distance to Hollywood strip, food and grocery shop. Skip all that LA traffic. Quiet, family friendly. Property management are helpful and have great communication."

"We picked this place because it was near the hollywood bowl and other places we planned on attending. Nice layout 2bd and 2bath. Nice quiet neighborhood, secure parking garage. Rooftop views of hollywood sign and downtown LA! There were only a few cons with our stay..there were no sheets for either bed..only a fitted sheet for the mattress and a comforter. I dont know anybody who sleeps with only a comforter. We went and bought our own sheet sets from the store! We had a battle with ants in the...
