"We had a great stay with family and enjoyed the house and its amenities. The house is very spacious and full of character and charm. It has all of the amenities and supplies that you'd need for a stay. Owner was very quick to respond to questions and requests, and we had groceries waiting for us when we arrived and checked in. We will definitely stay again when visiting Shreveport!"

"We booked this house to play in a baseball tournament in the area Its close to a bunch of nice restaurants and backs up to a golf course. The area feels safe and is quiet. The beds are super comfy. It's an older house that is been remodeled. Great place, we would stay here again. "

"This place was so perfect. The lay out was truly catered to what we needed. Clean, well stocked, and the nice snacks in front were a bonus! We were able to have plenty of space to spread out as well as spend time breaking bed at dinner. Way larger then it appears as well. I would highly recommend this stay and will be using again hopefully next year when we come back for the show!"

"nice updated older home. Very roomy. Outside needs some attention. Spider web and stains on the side of house that need to be cleaned. Shared driveway needs some attention. Overall nice stay and would chose it again for this location."

"Quiet neighborhood with the occasional train horn. Very clean and conveniently located near Centenary and shopping areas. The host was very helpful, responded to messages quickly, and provided everything needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of security lighting outside. We will definitely be back soon. "

"It was a bit noisy due to backing up to a 4-lane road, but overall a good house. It was clean and looked to have been recently renovated. The house was very nice and gave us plenty of space to work. There is a camera on the back porch, which was news to us. The immediate neighborhood was ok. But, had to drive thru some less-than-ideal parts of town to get to it. The owner was very communicative and was great to deal with."

"This place is so awesome!!! The outdoor area is expansive and has a tremendous amount of seating. The indoor space is immaculate and clean. Plenty of amenities for our comfort, including fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable linens, excellent pillows and mattresses, wonderful games, and so much space to spread out. "Cute house with everything you need. Very clean and cozy. Love that you can see the lake from the front yard and it’s just minutes from a boat launch. Definitely recommend!"

"The Gator Den was such a blast! Absolutely a beautiful property, so many perks and amenities. Easy to park, walking distance to Tuckers boat launch, and the owners are incredibly helpful. 5 21 year old women were able to have fun comfortably and celebrate our friend getting married. The only suggestion I could even add is a curtain to cover the sliding glass door bc it is very easy to see in at night. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay!"
