"The house is very efficient and well stocked. Everything was clean and tidy and Ric was very responsive and accommodating. The house comes with access to an HOAA beach which was a great bonus. We were four adults and were very comfortable in the house. Kitchen is well stocked for making meals at home. Looking forward to visiting again!"

"This home is as described and well equipped. We booked a last minute trip. Anthony met us at the house, showed us around and was available if we needed him (we did not which is always a plus). The location of the property was quiet but definitely need a car if you are planning on leaving the house as everything is 10+ minutes by car. We would recommend that you familiarize yourself with beach rules as a non-resident if plan on a trip. We plan on returning!!!"

"Everything about Jay's home was amazing. The backyard was beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us to hang and sleep. Even Jay was great too. He was so accommodating during our stay, he even helped us unpack our car when we arrived. We will definitely be back again! Would highly recommend. "

"We had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described — clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect. We loved being close to town. Communication was smooth and easy — Frank was quick to respond. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! "

"Great location to see all the eastern LI towns. The house is well appointed and nicely decorated. Easy communication with the host. "

"Enjoyed our time. House was clean, pool was a bonus for the family after a day at the beach. House was spacious and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable.Location was perfect! Would definitely come back!"

"The place was quaint, on quiet street, close to the train and an easy 10 min walk to town. For a cottage it was quite large. Wonderful backyard for a dog and to hang. The one bathroom was a bit inconvenient for the folks staying upstairs but manageable for a four day stay. AJ was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would come back again."
