A private waterfront retreat in sunny North Fort Myers, Florida awaits! This spacious 3 bed/2 bath home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing by the pool or watching sunsets over the saltwater lagoon. At BaMaLoosa Cove, you're only minutes away from white sand beaches, family-friendly adventures and local nightlife!

Your beautiful vacation home is situated on the Belle Air Lagoon—part of the Hancock Creek Preserve—which is famous for its kayaking. Your private backyard lagoon is teeming with wildlife. Manatees have been seen swimming right by the dock! Jumping fish are a regular sight and tropical birds sun themselves on the dock posts. Dolphins and alligators have also been seen cruising in the lagoon.

Enjoy the convenience of being centrally located and minutes from local dining, shopping, beaches, waterparks, golf courses, eco-tours, and many other attractions. Downtown Fort Myers is a quaint and bustling area with cute shops, fun bars, and several restaurants and breweries. Several white, sandy beaches are nearby including the famous Fort Myers Beach and stunning Sanibel and Captiva Islands!

After a dip in the pool, grab a fresh lime off your own lime tree and add it to your favorite drink or dish. On cooler nights, gather around the backyard fire pit for stargazing and s'mores. End the night snuggled up on the large, comfy modular sofa for popcorn and movies.

For boat enthusiasts, the neighborhood boat launch is right across the water from the home's private dock. Cruise the lagoon out to the Caloosahatchee River and you'll reach the Gulf of Mexico in 20 minutes.

The home's interior boasts large, comfortable rooms with cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan. Skylights in the main bedroom and kitchen flood the space with warm, natural sunlight. Sleep comfortably on NEW memory foam beds in the master and guest bedrooms. Recently added, are new twin bunk beds and a newly tiled shower in the pool/guest bathroom. There is also a new pack-n-play and a cushy, foldaway twin cot. Fresh paint, new flooring, all new appliances, and onsite laundry only add to the home's inviting features.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay at BaMaLoosa Cove! View was beautiful, pool and dock to fish off of were a huge plus for us. We caught lots of catfish and saw Manatees one morning hanging out for a few hours. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood with places to visit not too far.

We had a a great time staying at this home.The home was very clean and well maintained. In a quiet neighborhood and convenient to all the things we enjoy doing beaches ,walking paths ,restaurants, shopping and fun things for our grandkids to enjoy. We were able to fish off the dock and enjoyed watching the manatee that were in the canal almost daily during our stay. The pool was used daily and enjoyed by all.The property manager Adriana and owners Michelle and Brett were very helpful and quick in their response to any questions we had. We would definitely rent this property again.

We loved this beautiful home! It has everything you might need, including a small pool, which was perfect for us. We enjoyed the covered patio. The separate fenced-in yard was great for our little Westie. The location is ideal for getting around. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Bamaloosa! Very clean and a super location. The beds were so comfortable. My only wish was a table on the lanai. Such a nice grill but we had to eat inside. Other than that everything was perfect.

We surprised our kids with a Christmas getaway and loved every minute of it. The house was cleaned prior to our arrival and had everything we would need during our stay after a quick grocery delivery.

My husband, our 5 year old son, and I enjoyed a restful trip in this beautiful home on a canal. The boys enjoyed fishing from the dock and I enjoyed coffee mornings from the covered patio. Lots of pool time too! The house was perfectly setup and fully stocked with all the necessities for us. The property manager responded quickly and very helpful.

We spent a few relaxing days at Bamaloosa Cove in between nationals for volleyball. It was wonderful!! Quiet, welcoming from the second we walked in the door. Beds, blankets, and sheets were so comfy! The pool was lovely. We had all the accommodations of home! We look forward to staying here again if available!!

We stayed at this lovely beach house with our family for a nice summer vacation. Our experience was fantastic! The house was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect! Local shops and restaurants were just a short drive away. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions that I had. The manager of the property was also easy to get ahold of, and made check in and check out seamless. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We hope to return soon!

We loved everything about this house! It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Our boys enjoyed fishing off the dock while I got to relax in the pool. We did not want to leave! The hosts were quick to respond the one time I did reach out. We were very happy with this home and will be back if we need another stay in Fort Myers!

We had family from another state fly into the area and stayed with us. We really enjoyed the house it was very clean and in a peaceful quet neighborhood. The owners were very welcoming and the property manager was very helpful as far as making sure we had everything we needed and the restaurant suggestions were amazing. The location is absolutely wonderful we saw lots of wildlife from manatees,gator iguanas and several colorful birds. The house is very nice they definitely made sure you didnt need anything. We will definitely be back again thank you for your great hospitality...

Spent our Spring break here and house was great. All amenities you need as if was your own home. Sunsets on dock were beautiful. Pool refreshing. Location work for us as we wantes to go to different beaches. Not far from many shopping centers or restaurants. Communication with Ed was great. Checked in with me to make sure we had everything we needed and gave suggestions of local restaurants and checked in on our last day to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again.

Loved it as soon as I opened the door! Clean, inviting and better than the pictures; it was the perfect home away from home. Ed was a super amazing property manager responding to us quickly and reaching out to us to make sure we had a smooth check in and pleasant visit. Ed took the time to give us information about local restaurants and beaches and made sure the pool was a comfortable temperature for our daytime and evening swims. Well worth the extra fee! As an extra bonus, we got to see manatees off the dock. Ed, Michele and Bret all told us to watch for them! I would definitely return because Michele, Bret and Ed were the perfect combination of hosts and property manager. For fun, I give barefoot ratings; this one gets an A!

Bret and Michelle's home is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting at the end of a canal that becomes a focal point the longer you stay. We watched for "Jake" the alligator(our name for him) daily as he moves about and waited patiently for the family of manatees to make their appearance. There were also many birds, turtles and the cutest little ghekos! Some really nice tiki restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

The VRBO was lovely. It was decorated beautifully & was very appealing! I would recommend a few more kitchen hand towels (there was only one). We actually cooked which I realize not everyone does on a vacation. So I would recommend adding a large pot for things like cooking pasta or fresh sea food. I also like to have Kleenexes in several of the rooms (we bought some & left them.) I really appreciated that Ed was so welcoming & texted several times too. We took some of his recommendations for beaches & food. The pool was a nice treat for our two year old granddaughter. However, the breezes were pretty stiff so we only used it about three times. We also watched an alligator swim around the canal for one of the days there. Our visit was very enjoyable! Then we got caught in a snow storm with our Denver layover on the way back. They canceled our flight & would have only been able to get the four of us out two days later. We ended up renting a four wheel drive & got home to SD on Sunday instead of Saturday. It made us really appreciate the green flora, the beautiful white sands & the warmth of our stay with you!!
