"The entire house was slanted, making it difficult to walk up the stairs, which were already fairly steep. One friend left with unspecified bug bites on her leg, several of us had reddish and brown stains on our mattresses, and one persons was flipped over to hide said stains. Floor came up a bit in the kitchen on our first night there and a friend got a scratch on her foot from it. Trash was also not taken out when we arrived. Decorations were nice, and towels, sheets and dishes were included,...

We requested another room, buy they Moved us to another room next day. Still, the location of the room was very close to the swimming pool and the whole area did not smell goog, and the 2nd room was also outadted. We requested a room at a higher floor level but the staff declined!! We are very sure that they had many rooms available at higher levels, but we did not feel that the staff gave us equal...
