Are you ready to make some memories?!

This family owned condo is perfect for just that! Come enjoy this updated spacious yet cozy condo with mountain views any time of the year. AC units in each room. It is located near the heart of North Conway and has quick access to many attractions for your convenience. The condo is set back enough for you to get away from the hustle and bustle so you can relax on the balcony and take in the views. The Northbrook development features an Olympic size pool for the summer months as well as basketball hoops and tennis courts which are just around the corner from this unit.

Our family has been coming to North Conway for over 30 years, we’ve made so many memories here that we decided to make it our second home! With attractions like Kahuna Laguna (10 min away) Storyland (10 min away), Settler’s Green Outlets (10 min away), Mt. Cranmore (6 min away!), Attitash (15-20 min away), North Conway Village (5 min away), you’ll never run out of things to do! If you’re a golfer, there are THREE major golf courses within 15 mins from the condo. Let’s not forget the countless locations for hiking, biking, mountain climbing, boating, fishing, etc!

We want your stay at Northbrook Unit E-39 to be stress free and enjoyable, which is why we have opted for keyless entry. You will receive a key code to enter instead of having to worry about dropping off or losing keys! All linen is provided including towels. We want our home to feel like your home. We love staying at this property. This time it wasn't as clean overall as it has been in the past. There was quite a bit of hair in the master bathroom. The floors didn't appear swept or vacuumed.

This is our second time staying here and it was just as great this time as it was the first time. The owners are so friendly and responsive and the condo is exactly what we need for our family when we travel up north. The proximity to the village is also fantastic! Can’t wait to go back next year!

The size of the condo was great for our family of four, with each of the teens having their own bedroom. Loved that there were two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. We had a heat wave during our stay, and even though there were multiple AC units provided, the main living area's AC unit couldn't keep up. Thankfully, the ACs in each bedroom allowed us to sleep well. We liked the location of the condo, but we did not try the pool or tennis, so we cannot comment on those amenities. It was a super quiet complex.

Property is exactly as desrcibed. Spacious living room. Extremely nice deck. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was very nicely equipped. The location is perfect- just a short drive to town. And a bonus- trails on the property that lead right to town. I would definitely stay again.

North Conway

John's place is wonderful. Spacious, clean and quiet but convenient to all of what North Conway and the surrounding areas have to offer. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again any time we come back to visit the White Mountains.

Hikers base camp

Our group (4 adults) used this condo as our base for a hike of Mt Washington. The condo was very clean and ideal for our use. It is very close to the main strip in North Conway, including many restaurants, yet it is located in a complex which was very quiet and peaceful while we were there. The host was very accommodating as we had several issues (personal and airline) which caused us to want to alter our reservation but this proved to be no problem.

This is a very cozy property in Northbrook, North Conway, with a beautiful view of Cranmore Mountain a close to skiing locations. We enjoyed everything. The property is well maintained and the host is very friendly.

Enjoyable stay

The property was exactly as advertised which made for an enjoyable stay. As a bonus, the neighborhood was great for walking. My only minor complaint was that all of the bed pillows were very, very firm which I would think would not be to most peoples liking-certainly was not to ours. Otherwise it was lovely.

Lovely and convenient stay!

My family stayed at this property for a full week with a teenager, almost 3 year old, and 1.5 year old and it was great. Super easy check in, great location, and everything we needed. The property is fantastic and spacious for kiddos to ride bikes and walk around when we weren’t exploring the mountains.

Awesome Stay

This was our second time staying in the North Brook complex and we had a wonderful time! This year we were looking for a bigger place due to more people joining us and this condo had everything that we were looking for and more! It was big enough to fit 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 6. It was equipped with all of the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom things that you could need and the newly installed air conditioners really helped on the few hot days we were there. It was very clean and well kept as well. There is a community pool down the hill from the condo that the kids loved. And the road is located across from Moat Mountain Brewery and 5 minutes to downtown. We went to Storyland (10 minutes away) and Santa's Village (an hour away) and both were very easy to get to. I can't recommend this place enough for families! It was awesome and we can't wait to stay again!
