Good Times to be had at our Luxury new loft condo at the base of Cranmore.

I could tell you all about North Conway and Cranmore mountain and this brand new loft condo and all the attractions and amenities that you have read about in all the other listings for Kearsarge Brook condos or the new Fairbanks condos but that seams repetitive as you most likely have read it all. All the Fairbanks condos are beautiful and the other owners that we have met are awesome. I don't see how you could go wrong renting any one of these condos.

The place was clean and modern looking. The place was really big. The internet was good. The amenities were great, the pool and hot tub was nice. There was a laundry machine in the room, and the balcony had a nice view.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Our family vacations in NH every summer and this is up there with some of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Great location, very clean and host is very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended. We will be back for sure

We (wife and two boys 9yo) have been coming to Cranmore for the last three years but have never stayed in the Fairbanks lodge. The property was beautiful, BJ (owner/manager) was super responsive…even going out of his way to get us in well ahead of check-in time. All in all it was a great experience. Look forward to booking again.

Great family vacation

Property was as described worked out nicely for our family. Very clean and comfortable for all three generations. Owner answered all questions quickly. Would be nice to have a small coffee table in the living room and TV’s in the bedrooms. Would definitely consider renting in the future. The Wilsinski family

Beautiful Pristine Apartment

We loved this rental. It was spotless clean, the beds were comfy, the air conditioning was good, and it was like brand new. A really spacious two floor space with bedrooms separated by floor and bunk beds in an open “loft like” space on the 2nd floor. The mountain during the summer was less busy and wonderfully quiet. Can’t say enough positive things about the good price and value.

Book This Place.

Great rental property. Brand new condition with all the amenities. Great for couples or families. Close to all the restaurants and shops. Easy drive to StoryLand and Santa’s Village. We book rentals over hotels due to the space. This is one of the best units we have stayed in.

Great weekend at Cranmore!

We had a fantastic stay at Cranmore. The space was beautiful, clean and the location can’t be beat. Instructions were clear and the host was easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend and we hope to be back in the future!

We had a great stay. The place was fantastic, great location, very clean and had everything we would possibly need for our ski stay. This kids described the place as “this place is fancy”. Robert was great, very responsive to any questions and a good communicator. Highly recommend!

Great stay

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. The location couldn't have been better—just steps away from the mountain's ticket office, with a convenient restaurant and gift shop right in the building. It was also close to the heart of town, making it easy to explore. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and perfect for our group, which included guests of all ages. Everyone was incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment is modern, immaculately clean, and we especially appreciated the no-carpet design, which kept the floors pristine. The well-stocked kitchen was a great bonus, allowing us to prepare meals effortlessly during the day. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Perfect Place

Amazing space, clean and comfortable! We had 4 adults and 8 kids (ages 13 to 2) and it never felt crowded. Great location and super responsive host. Will definitely be returning.

Upscale accommodation for outdoor enthusiasts

We rented the condo, which is a mile from our home, to house friends who traveled to attend a birthday celebration we hosted. I was looking for something new, clean and in town. We got this and so much more! Our guests raved about the condo’s decor, and were impressed by it being in the base lodge for total ease during ski season. The town recreation path is across the parking lot, and the mountain has hiking, base attractions and mountain biking in non-winter months as well. A true gem for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy more upscale accommodations.
