Beautiful apartment and area

It is a beautiful apartment, very clean and right under Cranmore mountain, there is a zip lining right next to the apartment. We hiked in the area and it was stunning.

Staff was friendly and professional. Resort was clean and the foliage was stunning. The rooms are huge and super clean. The beds were soooo comfortable! Highly recommend and will definitely return. Except next time I will stay the entire week instead of 1 night.

Although the check-in and key retrieval process was a little confusing, the entire rest of my stay was lovely. There was a thoughtful care package waiting for me when I arrived and all of the in-room instructions were explicit and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

There were some issues, but the primary reason I won't go back is the noise from the room above us. They did NOTHING wrong, it was 100% the construction/sound proofing. Every single step they took sounded like a giant up there stomping their feet

Amazing Family Stay

These condos worked perfect for our family as we prefer to stay in and cook rather than eat out all week. The condos are brand new and beautiful. The pool was super clean and all the fun was literally steps away!

The condos are very nicely decorated and stocked. Communication with management was excellent. Beds and couches were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Our family stayed here for a long weekend away. All 5 of us fit very comfortably in the unit. It was very clean and well cared for. Staff of both the condo and the facility were great. Overall, an excellent experience.

One of our top places to stay in N. Conway!

We will definitely stay here again! Clean, and comfortable! The “check in” was interesting because there is no front desk, but once we figured out we missed an email (our bad) explaining in detail the check in process, all was good! Picked the right time of season to book as it felt we had the whole place to ourselves.

We love the ability to walk to town, have a condo to spread out and relax. There is a lot of construction so the noise especially in the morning was annoying but is to be expected with construction.

We arrived at the property and didn’t know where to check in. I checked my confirmation email from when I booked it a few months in advance. It stated that I would receive a email 48 hours before, but I didn’t receive anything. I called the number 4 or 5 times with no answer. Finally, on the 6th call I talked to someone and she emailed me with instructions on where to go. Other than that it was a clean and beautiful condo.

Room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. We were surprised that the instructions required us to take our own trash out or be charged a fee, but if it keeps the price down I have no problem with that.

It was a gorgeous condo to stay in! The only negative I can say is the noise level was high. You can hear other guests stomping and walking around terribly. Honestly, unless I was on the top floor I wouldn’t stay here again just for that reason. Very disruptive.

Looks good, feels uncomfortable

The property was very clean, well kept, and in a good, off-the-beaten path for North Conway. The small fridge, microwave, small sink and minimal amount of utensils were convenient. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There was a high top table with two hard wooden chairs, but no place else to sit except the high, hard bed. All-in-all we found the room to be very uncomfortable for our tastes.

This was perfect for a little getaway! The condo was nicely furnished, with mini-fridge and microwave, and coffee maker and teapot! Simple dishes and utensils onsite meant no paper plates and plastic forks! The building is beautiful - everything is brand new! And the pool and hot-tub building is just steps away - with a nice indoor seating area overlooking the pool. Downtown North Conway is just a mile away with lots of great restaurants, shops, and good golf! We'll be back! Thanks!

Everything great...but the pillows.

Room was clean...most likely cleaned by the previous guests since we are required to wash our own dishes, take out our trash, and take off all sheets before checkout. Sleep...was awful. The pillows were like balloons...they were so uncomfortable - imagine sleeping when youre head is raised half a foot off the bed. Worst neck pain and very little sleep, if any. Also didn't appreciate landscapers mowing the lawn first thing in the morning. Too much noise. When we went to checkout, there was no hand cart for the bags. There was only ONE cart for the building. So we had to make numerous trips back and forth...through all the wet grass clippings and dirt in the walkways. Why do landscaping at such hours of the day? Also the balcony above us had water dripping onto our balcony in the mornings...so no coffee for me outside on the balcony. For an expensive rental, small details like this should not be overlooked. Besides those points, everything else was great. We enjoyed our stay.
