"I thought I had booked a traditional hotel room (for the price I paid). It tourned out to be a room in a student dorm building. So the room we stayed in is a student apartment and designed to be so. I was surprised and confused initially - I anticipated a hotel on a street rather than a facility similar to a college campus. We didn't experience any major issues for our one night stay besides the initial surprise."

"This property was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Great location, too. However, in an effort to save energy, the bathroom lights were on a motion detector. There is nothing worse than finding yourself in a soapy, slippery shower in the pitch black because the lights would not stay on. Would never stay here again because of that!"

"We were told our room would be ready by 3 pm but we didn’t get our keys until 3:45 pm. Everything in the room was excellent but we had difficulty using the laundry equipment. It didn’t seem to dry on the dry cycle, it added more water. One small suggestion is the addition of a towel bar near the bathroom sink for a hand towel. The staff was very helpful and they provided a fan as it was very warm."

"Location was great, clean, however if you are travelling with luggage, check which floors are available before booking as there are no lifts. I do not recommend anything above 2, unless you are light on luggage then it would be fine! I carried all suitcases and hand luggage up and down - was not fun! I found it fine other than the initial and last trip, however my elderly mother was only able to go out once a day due to the amount of stairs"

"Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...
