"The wife and I and our fur baby Handsome Hank has a fantastic stay here . Only issue we had is the outdoor kitchen needs some work on the counter. We arrived too fresh cut flowers on the table. The yard / woods had been recently raked. I have already recommended this lovely top to some friends and family. Five star ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐. "

"Property was excellent. The check in / out process was smooth and easy. The main living area was well set up. We spent a great deal of time chatting around the bar and table in the open concept set up, as well as on the spacious deck. The hot tub was the best one we've encountered in our travels, my group of golfer particularly enjoyed its foot massager function! There were plenty of beds and all were comfortable. The views of Porter Lake are stunning and nothing beats having your morning coffee while watching the sun rise up over the lake and listening to the loons say good morning. Being able to kayak or canoe out onto the lake for fishing or exploring the nearby beach was great. Having not made plans to be traveling, we were unsure of what options we'd have - but the cabin was perfect for a last minute overnight stay. We all slept well, and were able to enjoy the cabin for the brief time we were there. Significantly more space, and much more affordable, than hotel options in the area the same night. "This property was so peaceful and quiet. It sits on a large lot with lots of privacy. The walk down to the dock is fun for kids, lots of rocks and it’s a little trail. We spent most of our time down at the dock. The views were spectacular, beautiful reflections in the water each morning, calm quiet lake and the sunset right in front of us each night.
