"It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!"

"First, at checkin there was no one at checkin to give me my room key. It was a wait . I waited for a total of 3hours it was unbelievably the computer was down. So, I had to take a picture.Three pictures, front and two ,two sides. I asked why the picures and I was told this is what we have to do for checkin and their were no keys. You had to be let in by the the personal at the front decks. Their was know one to help me. Wwhen the first person showed up she tried to help but her keys did not...

"The property exceeded our expectations. Rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"Surprise parking fee. No TV. When asked about TV was told amenities are suggested and not guaranteed. Front desk staff was politely rude. You know the smart ass zero attention to the problem response. No manager available. Luckily only one night and moved to a real hotel. Motel 6 was a major improvement. "

"I just drove up to my room and a maintenance guy was right there, about to use his key to walk in! When I finally got inside, the door was cracked open and a staff member was just sitting at the desk hanging out on the phone. The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache."

"I made the mistake of walking around the room barefoot. Within a few minutes the bottoms of my feet were black. Towels so thin they would work as window screens!! Toilet rocked and felt like it was going to topple over. Needed to flush twice for each use. Coffee maker didn't work, even the replacement we requested. No butter or margarine for waffles. "
