"This house has everything! We enjoyed the screened porch each morning with coffee and the lake view. The neighborhood was great for walking the dog. We enjoyed the Bodega close by and the live music at the marina. The town of Winchester is adorable! "

"Great property that is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics you might need during your stay. Highly recommended adding the golf cart rental to get down to the dock! All of the activities on the dock and at the house kept our crew ranging from 9-50 years old entertained the entire time! We will be back!"

"We stayed for a week to celebrate our 42nd anniversary in September. Off-season is very quiet and relaxing. The home is well equipped for dinning and cooking. The seating is very comfortable. The decor is very pleasing with unique light fixtures and the owner's photography. The upper deck and lower porch have plenty of seating with plush cushions.Our only concern was the poorly lit in-ground flagstone steps to the front door with no handrail. The kids loved the game room and the kitchen/living area was very nice for cooking/gathering. The dock was very nice with the swing, slide, and kayaks. This was one of the only places with the ability to comfortably accommodate our group while looking online considering the 8 bedrooms. This property way exceeded my expectations upon arrival. The place is brand new and immaculate. The activity room provided foosball and ping pong which provided our group a ton of wagers and in addition we had the pool table in the basement to wager some more. "The attention to detail in obvious from the moment you walk in. Not only was the home absolutely spotless but well decorated and equiped with guest needs inmind. The master bathroom was stunning to say the least. Beds, couch and tub all comfortably designed. If i could give this pla e 50K stars, I would.
