"Everything was good. Loved the pellet stove although the house was very dry at night. The kitchen was okay but had too many duplicate grilling utensils and not much counter space. Parking was great. "We stayed at this Vrbo on a cold winter day. Out our window was a beautiful sight: a snow laden forest with a winding brook. The bed was firm, the way we like it, and the heating system was noiseless keeping us toasty all night. There were cooking utensils, a small fridge, an induction hot plate, a microwave and a toaster which was all we needed for our cooking needs. When we arrived after a long drive I made myself a hot tea and relaxed on the big comfortable couch.I highly recommend this...

"I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio."

We enjoyed staying there for New Years and it was a good distance to the local downtowns while being quietly tucked away by the river.It was unclear to our party that the outdoor cats on the property lived within the rental unit until we received our check-in message. Mentioning this in case anyone is in a similar situation!The rooms were slightly less clean than we would have liked, with dust and hair in the corners, but overall it was well-stocked...
