The park is about a five minute walk straight down Erie street while the LPBO banding station is located just around the corner along big cut Road.Beach access is also about five minutes down Erie street and down a short cul-de-sac.The cottage was very well cared for and rustic, which is our preference. "Very clean, area was private, peaceful and quiet.Had a good time one the water with boat easy launching and close. Very calm and relaxing. "Excellent hospitality and thoughtfulness behind the amenities. The outdoor shower is great and perfectly heated. Highly recommend especially during the cooler days. The bunkie can get hot (our first night stay was 31 Celsius outside) but a portable fan we packed made it bearable. I would recommend packing some camping fans just to keep the airflow going to make things more comfortable if you are planning on staying when it is hot. Other than that, I think it is a great place to escape to...

"We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at the bunkie2. It was the perfect little getaway in the woods—quiet, cozy, and just what we needed to unplug. The hosts really thought of all the basics, which made it easier and comfortable while still keeping that off-grid charm. We left feeling refreshed and already can’t wait to go back!"

"Worked just fine. Problems were … no soap in the bathrooms no ice in the ice box. No ice trays for the price of the unit. I feel that they should have a few more little amenities. Otherwise it was fine."
