Hauszustand nicht akzeptabel

Lage und Umgebung sehr schön, insbesondere die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand (in gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar). Das Haus war sehr enttäuschend: Es gibt keinen Meerblick, obwohl dieser in der Überschrift der Hausanzeige genannt wird. Bei Ankunft nicht richtig gereinigt. Defekte Klimaanlage. Kaputte Spielgeräte. Mähroboter defekt, Gras viel zu hoch für Spiele. Ameisenbefall. Zigarettenkippen auf der Terrasse usw.

Nie wieder ! Schade.

Wir waren enttäuscht vom Zustand und der Sauberkeit des Hauses. Die Baderäume waren eine Zumutung und zum Teil nicht nutzbar: Wasserhahn kaputt, Kein Duschkopf, Abfluss undicht...das Ferienhaus war nicht gereinigt: überall Spinnweben, Staub, Wollmäuse, dreckige Bettdecken und Kopfkissen

Nie wieder Campaya

Es fing bei Ankunft an mit einer zersprungenen Scheibe der Terrassentür, ging weiter mit einem ungepflegten Haus und endete einen Tag vor Abreise mit einer Haustür, die sich nicht mehr öffnen ließ. Von Campaya erfolgte außer Telefonaten und Mails während des Aufenthaltes keine Hilfe.
