"Booked 2 rooms. Upon arrival, rooms were found to be in very rough shape. Dingy and very run down. Worn out walls, floors and surfaces. Bathroom was disgusting. We were afraid that the bedbugs & roaches would disturb our sleep, so we immediately requested a refund and went to a nicer and cheaper Holiday Inn.
This is fine for perhaps a single guy, but not suitable for women or children.
Attn HUSBANDS; Do NOT book here!! Your wife will be pissed!"

"I had to go to the store for toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The phone was completely broken so I couldn’t call the front desk. The remote was also missing so i couldn’t use the tv- but it wouldn’t turn on either so the remote wouldn’t have worked either.
I also had people knocking on my door throughout the night so I felt very uncomfortable.
I called from my cell phone and no one answered at the front desk."
