"This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,...

"Our family of 14 held a family gathering for Father's Day at Branched Oak Lake. Seven of us stayed at this home and the rest gathered here during downtime and stayed elsewhere. Not allowing children at this home is a good call as there is soooo many antiques that we adults thoroughly enjoyed. The pool is well-maintained, not heated which was fine for us.
