"This was our first time staying at this property and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are subdivided sections of an old paper factory. We were surprised at how quiet the rooms were considering how high the ceilings were with polished cement floors. Very clean accommodations and the staff was very friendly,. Good option for finding lodging near Miami University/Oxford, Ohio. "

"The staff was attentive, friendly, and very courteous during our stay. Provided us with extra towels for the pool. Assisted with locating luggage carts and bringing them to our room. The hotel and our rooms were very clean and well maintained. Definitely will recommend."
