"The cabin was great. Keep in mind there is no shower but the claw tub was so nice we enjoyed soaking each night. The only downside was the driveway. The host is wonderful in communication about it so we were prepared. It just has a dip where a creek flowed through. Our tiny Honda Fit went through it just fine. They are very open and great to work with. We would be happy to stay again if the need arose. "

"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. What a gem of a location too! Tip, if you stay Sunday night, a lot of the fun restaurants are closed but there are still a few great ones open. Casa Alejo is so yummy! Everything about The Star is great! I can’t wait to come back."

"This place is exactly what I wanted. It's a beautiful, but rustic cabin that is lacking none of the modern conveniences. I did not get to try the wifi 'cause my computer chose to die enroute and I stupidly left my phone at home.
