"Great experience at this house. It had everything we needed, and gave us a quiet and peaceful place close to the action of canal st, bourbon st, and the French Quarter. The owner was extremely attentive and checked in throughout the visit. Easy walk to the trolley/bus service."

"Brian was a great host and the apartment was wonderful with a comfortable bed. Magazine street was one block away. The neighborhood is full of pretty houses and easily walkable to many restaurants and bars. Would recommend this stay as perfect! "

"The biggest compliment I can give the property management is their availability. Their willingness to be accommodating and assessable is truly amazing. I have stayed at several vrbo's and this was a first - so kudos to them. The place was clean and equipped with all essentials. Thanks Genesis hopefully I will be in New Orleans again soon"

"We stayed 4 nights. Our host was excellent, attentive with great communication. House was spacios and clean. Spacious bedrooms, fully functional kitchen if needed. Had no problem finding parking on the street. We had 7 people staying, we booked for 8. "

"Great cozy home close to Bourbon street and all other attractions. "

"Let me just start out by saying, the property itself is decorated so well. We were all really impressed the decor and presentation of the property. It’s a spacious property that has all the classic old culture and style of New Orleans with modern furnishings, appliances and touches. The check in and out process was seemless and the host was very responsive the few times I reached out. The unit had everything we needed and more and because it located right next to a CVS we could take a 2 minute...

"Beautiful place!! This was a very New Orleans feel. location was everything too! Trolley right out front. Lots of goodies and amenities, and it was spacious and comfy. We loved it so much, and will return on our next visit! Walk to the park and get beignets and coffee when you come! In a safe area also, close enough to Bourbon st but safe and outside the chaos. Gorgeous overall! Amay was a terrific host, always communicated and let us check out late also...highly recommended!!"

From the moment I walked in, I could feel the hospitality—the space was warm, welcoming, and had that fun New Orleans vibe that made it perfect for a staycation.
