"Such an awesome experience! First time in NOLA not knowing what to expect and this apartment was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable in a beautiful area near Tulane University. Host was very friendly and helpful. "

"We needed a place to land near New Orleans City Park while helping family move. This property was perfect for us, walkable to where we needed to be & caffeine at The Bean Gallery (great food too) a few blocks away. Loved the art, comfy beds, as well as easy communication with owner. We missed connecting with on site manager although we heard him a few times & were happy to know help was nearby. "Great 2 day stay. Very attentive host (even provided travel size items - toothbrush with toothpaste, etc, which was super helpful), perfect communication. Very clean and inviting, just like the pictures. House sits on a somewhat busy street and traffic noise might bother light sleepers (sirens at night, etc). It is also right next door to CVS, which is very convenient. Would stay here again."

"We loved our stay at this adorable Shotgun house! It truly lives up to its name—charming, clean, and in a fantastic location just steps from the St. Charles streetcar. We felt safe in the neighborhood and found it very easy to get around the city. The beds were comfortable, and the home was spotless. We appreciated the character of the home and how convenient everything was. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great property with lots of room for extended family. We used Uber or Lyft for transportation rather than walking to catch the trolley since we’re an older group. "

"Our host, Walker, was extremely accommodating and responsive. From the time I booked the rental he reached out and even gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. The space was clean and welcoming. The air condition worked very well despite the extreme heat outdoors. The shower pressure was wonderful as well. There was adequate parking and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. "

"The place is as described in the listing. Perfect spot for our family of 4, 2 blocks from the st Charles streetcar line. Walkable to Tulane and Audubon Park, but it's a hike, and no fun in a summer thunderstorm! The backyard pool is small but perfect for a refresher. Don't wear socks on the steps. "
