This detached, single-storey chalet is located in the Resort Noordwijkse Duinen holiday park. It is 4 km from the centre of Noordwijkerhout and only 6 km from the pleasant seaside resort and the former fishing village of Noordwijk. You can walk straight into the dunes via a special exit from the holiday park (with a Green Key quality mark). The first North Sea beach is less than 3 km away. The chalet is modern and comfortably furnished. You have a bright living room with a TV and an open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and combination microwave oven. There are two bedrooms, one of which has two single box-spring beds, which may be set up as a double bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Your chalet is surrounded by a garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car at the chalet. A range of chalets and apartments accommodating 2 to 6 guests are available for rental at Resort Noordwijkse Duinen holiday park.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage unseres Ferienhauses in einer ruhigen Ecke. Parkplatz direkt vor der u. Platz für unsere Fahrräder. Haus war gemütlich eingerichtet.

Wir hatten leider nur2 Tage in Noordwijk. Die Lage des Homes ist genial, sowohl bzgl. der direkten Umgebung (Tulpenfelder, Strand, …) als auch der Möglichkeiten drum herum (Leiden, Den Haag, …) Das MobileHome ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst. Gerne wieder

Kommunikation über Belvilla App und mit Europarks selber sehr schlecht! Bei der Europarks Hotline, also man beachte eine Hotline für alle Parks in ganz NL, telefonisch kein Durchkommen! Per Mail nicht zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit Europarks Noordwijkse Duinen ebenfalls schlecht, man mahnt Zahlungen an, droht an die Reise zu stornieren, obwohl bereits längst vor Termin komplett bezahlt wurde. Sowas ist absolut ärgerlich und nimmt schon die Vorfreude. Im Vorfeld hatte ich mich extra erkundigt, ob ein Parkplatz am Chaletgrundstück wäre, da meine Familie nachreist. Man schrieb mit, kein Problem sie können mit 2Autos am Chalet selber parken! Vor Ort angekommen, kein Parkplatz am Chalet selber wie bestätigt, auf dem Park selbst mussste man sich dann iwo einen Parkplatz suchen! Parkplätze waren aber sehr wenig vorhanden. Teils standen noch die Anhänger oder Werksautos darauf! Das Chalet selber war einigermaßen sauber, die Couch voller weißer Hundehaare, die man auch schon mit bloßem Auge sehen konnte! Wir haben dann vorab alles abgesaugt und nochmal durchgesaugt, da unsere Kleidung voller Haare war! Da man für Hunde 6Euro pro Tag extra zahlt, dazu 60 Euro Endreinigung, sollte man aber auch eine ordentliche Reinigung erwarten können. Die Betten waren schmal im 3-Bettzimmer, aber ok. Im Doppelbett konnte man gut schlafen. Bei Ankunft hing die komplette Schiebetür aus dem Schiebeschrank! Das Zimmer an sich war sehr klein, aber ansonsten in Ordnung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Besteck mit Anzahl 5 etwas knapp, der Gasherd groß und gut. Insgesamt war dieses „Luxuschalet“ jedoch sehr abgewohnt, große reparierte Löcher in den Türen, Spiegelschrank sehr abgenutzt, Toilette aber sauber und nicht versifft. Das war schon mal positiv! Die Dusche ist überraschend groß. Unsere Lage war nah an der Hauptstraße, der Geräuchspegel sehr hoch. Wir waren bereits mehrmals in dem Park, hatten da aber jedoch eine ruhige Lage und gut ausgestattete gepflegte Chalets, das ist aber schon mehrere Jahre her! Also Luxus Chalet ist stark übertrieben, es war insgesamt ok, das lag aber auch am tollen Wetter☀️ aber Vieles war leider enttäuschend! Quittungen für Zahlungen, die man leistet, bekommt man an der Rezeption nicht, mit dem Hinweis, man bekäme eine Bestätigungsmail! Diese haben wir aber auch nach fast 14Tagen zuhause noch nicht erhalten! Es hätte ja auch eine beleghafte Kurzquittung getan. Insgesamt sehr verbesserungswürdig. Schade!
