"Definitely some false advertising here. The property description said there were shuttles to a variety of places including beaches, shopping malls, etc., but when we got there and inquired about them, we were told that there were no shuttles. We did not rent a car, and we chose this property, in part, because of the shuttles that were advertised. Also, be aware that there is no microwave, no oven, no toaster, no safe and no electric outlet in the bathroom. If you are planning to do cooking...

"A couple of friends and I used the rental for less than a day to shower and leave our things somewhere safe while we walked around the downtown area. The host were extremely accommodating even with us only using the unit for a few hours. They helped us get a taxi after 10pm on the 4th of July while traffic was still very busy from the fireworks show.
The property had the most adorable feline security guard."

"We received a message 2 days prior to arrival at the condo rental, asking for my email address or phone #. I submitted info and asked for a confirmation of receipt, twice. Nothing. We arrive and still didn’t receive the address, access code to the condo. We called snd messaged expedia. Expedia wasn’t able to resolve the issue with the condo rental.
