"The staff at The Saga Hotel, especially the manager, Ly, were exceptional and went above and beyond. Ly was so kind and courteous. She really went out of her way to help us. At check in, she upgraded our room so that we would have a quiet room to rest in. It was a beautifully decortaed room on a higher floor overlooking the pool.
