"Amazing time - staff and GM went above and beyond to make our stay memorable as we had a few hiccups with our stay our first night. The remaining nights my family and I had the best time. "Superb hotel, beautiful location, lovely rooms and facilities but it was the staff that went above and beyond that made our stay so special. They were so friendly and catered really well to our daughter who is wheat intolerant. We dined for breakfast, room service lunch, dinner and a wedding reception dinner which was absolutely delicious. We used the spa and shuttle into Hoi An. "Our stay at the Rosemary Hoi A was nothing short of amazing. Front of house, Phuong was the most accommodating and accessible hotel manager we have ever encountered. And her staff were all outstanding. Nice pool, clean quiet rooms, comprehensive breakfast menu and nice lunch and dinner menu. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hoi An. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here, staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless, comfortable with good air con. Amenities and grounds are good and well looked after. Breakfast is good, theres plenty of options for everyone. Theres a free shuttle service into hoi an old town and to ang bang beach where use of the loungers and umbrellas at the deck house are free, the resort also provide towels for the beach and pool. Highly recommend and would stay here again"
