Viatges a Nolton and Roch

Staff only on site between 9&5. Good luck if you arrive early or late. Room did not have drinkable water. Had to go to first floor for drinking water Bathroom had not a single hook for towels or toiletries

Extremely noisy at night as it is near the University Halls of Residence. Shouting and screaming outside the window until gone 4 am. The property should advise bringing, or provide, earplugs. There were items left in the fridge from a previous occupant and the shower was not adequately cleaned. The cupboard under the sink was not properly on its hinges and stopped the fridge door from closing. The property did not supply tea towels, washing-up liquid or cleaning cloths, which is unusual for a self catering apartment. Check out was 11am so I was very concerned that the housekeepers let themselves into my room without knocking at 9.53. I was in bed. I might have been in the middle of a shower. I would not normally put all this in a review, but I raised these issues in an email to the property to which I have not received the courtesy of a reply.

Rundown old hotel. Staff is all from other countries, who know nothing about the area. Gym is rundown needs to be completely updated. The equipment is garbage! They charge to use the gym & additional charge for a towel! Also Queen street where the front desk sent me feels like you are in the middle east! Food was terrible!!!
