"The location of this hotel is great, right next to the KTX station and many trains and buses. The view of the harbor is pretty. However, it is a very busy hotel and was a madhouse at times. One of 2 dryers was broken and the men's washroom was closed for the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good, though it was difficult for them to keep up with all the people. Coffee was very nice. Efficient set up with luggage storage before and after our stay."

"You would expect a hotel of this caliber to have working washers and dryers for its guests. However during my stay there was only 2 washers and 1 of was for employees only. Thats unacceptable! The room i stayed in while a decent view the walls and floors weren’t as good looking they were dirty. Now the security here at the hotel is nice i didn’t feel uncomfortable once. The Sky Lounge is nice and there’s even a convenience store on the first floor. If you got money to burn i recommend staying...
