"Great to look at and if your nose doesn’t work. Smells horrible due to either less usage or sewerage back up. It took us a while to acclimatize so we can sleep. We arrived after midnight so didn’t have enough time to ask for change in room and ho through other hassles. But they need to clean rooms more often even if they’re not used. "

"There are three elevators for this 27 floor hotel. Two operate off of one call button, during our trip only one worked. The third elevator had its call buttons on the inside of the frame, so if you didn’t know about it, it was never showing up for you. This led to excruciating waits to go up and down. The breakfast are and more specific the coffee station are far too small for such a large hotel. Plus the coffee was like warm puddle water. "

"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff, particularly a lady at the front desk, seemed reluctant to provide information or assist properly. uninterested and unhelpful, giving off a rude attitude. In contrast the gentleman working in the restaurant was very welcoming and far more helpful. Another downside was the parking: self-parking costs $75 per night, even with unlimited in-and-out access. Clean room: Rooms were well-kept and tidy."
