"Front desk staff were extremely sweet and easy to work with. They helped to book our transportations and even our tours. Our rooms were clean and spacious enough for two people I just wish the kitchen had a wider selection of meals The view from the pool was immaculate"

"Hotel palma is a lovely hotel. The breakfast is included and has good variety each day. The bathroom amenities are excellent and the decor of sage green was very nice. The rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping are so nice and helpful. The facilities of the spa and the private beach are great. ..."
