"Had a bungalow (not actually a bungalow - these are 2 x apartments, one stacked on top of the other) on the hillside. Really lovely apartment, great facilities and (if you go for a sea view) wonderful views. There's a funicular lift or you can walk up the (many!) steps or hillside to get to the hillside apartments. "Horrible rooms and receptionist. Please avoid unless necessary. We were staying here for 7 nights and realized it's not possible to stay here after 4 nights and requested a refund for the last 2 days given the following reasons with evidence. But the gentleman at the reception said to allow the cleaning team to come in, which we were already doing, which had no relevance. 1. Air conditioning close to not functioning and limited to 23 degrees as the minimum while being around 15/20 years old....

"We loved everything about our visit. The staff were wonderful; very helpful & friendly. The accommodations were lovely; we loved spending time on our balcony overlooking the property. The grounds were gorgeous, full of flowers and plants. We loved how it was just an easy stroll to a nice nearby beach. Marios and Barbara were so sweet and helpful. Our only (stong!) suggestion would be to have an ice machine on the property. It was difficult to bring food & drinks back to the room to be enjoyed...
