"The Windmill Farmhouse was the perfect spot for our family stay over the long Geode Fest weekend. "We had quite a bit of snow during our stay. It was nice to get up and have the sidewalk and the stoop shoveled. We have stayed in this house a couple of years now the host is very welcoming and easy to work with. The only suggestion that I have during the winter months is to get a longer rug by the front door for boots and shoes since the floor is hardwood. "

"Had a wonderful stay. We were visiting family for the thanksgiving holiday and got snowed in our last day. We were able to stay an extra day and they personally checked in to make sure we were ok and offered to get us anything we might need. We hope to stay there again in the future. There was a blow-up bed that had to be brought downstairs. It was a lovely old house, but not really age appropriate for us. There were throw rugs throughout the house, which was a tripping hazard.
