"價錢有些高，房間很大，入住手續是自助形式，職員會在旁協助，大堂有日用品可取，房内設備很新，清潔度很好，洗手間是乾濕分離，酒店位置近熱海JR車站，巴士總站也在那裡，到熱海景點都很方便，附近沒有吃的店，只有一間便利店，吃飯行遠一些，酒店有停車場，2千日圓一晚，去附近的停車場比較便宜，早餐是coffee shop套餐，三文治和coffee，整體來說這是一間體驗不錯，很適合一家人的店。"

"Very spacious unit (living area, fully-furrnished kitchen, laundry) with superb view over the Lake Ashinoko. Bonus was the sauna, view in-room onsen tub and outdoor grill (small size in North America standard). The overall experience was great!"

"Mind blowing. Nicest hotel room we have ever stayed in. We stayed atop in room 405, and we had 3.5 private onsens (one inddor hot, one outdoor hot, one indoor cold, and one outdoor foot bath) plus a sauna. And a kitchen w/ bbq. And a projector. And the largest TV I have ever seen. ANd.... Just magical. ..."
