These cozy upstairs lofts are located in Niles, Michigan by the river. This listing is for Loft 8 in our 10-loft building. Enjoy a stay in this cozy 1 bedroom unit, with a loft, located by the river, this unit does not have a view of the river. Tastefully decorated throughout with lots of extra touches and amenities not usually found in short-term rental homes. Rivers Edge Lofts are ideal for guests looking to travel and visit Michigan or for long-term stays. Rivers Edge Lofts are centrally located to tourist attractions, wineries, and various universities. Close to highway US-31 with easy access to major attractions such as Notre Dame or southwestern MI beaches; also close to airports for a quick business trip.



Not only is Rivers Edge Lofts conveniently located to various activities but close access to grabbing a bite to eat. Take a 1-minute drive to downtown Niles to check out the local restaurants and relish a relaxing stroll along the river. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times.



Come back after a great day of exploring and enjoy the comfort and warmth of your own place. Washers and dryers, coffee makers, and a toaster are located in the shared common area within the complex. There is a microwave and mini fridge in this loft. Sleeps up to 4 comfortably, there is a full-size bed in the loft and a king bed in the bedroom. Completely remodeled unit with all the latest designs. Guests will find the space to be warm, comfortable, and inviting and the hosts to be responsive and diligent to provide an excellent stay for each guest. Here on a business trip; work in comfort with the fast fiber-optic internet service, 500 Megabit (Wi-Fi only, no ether-net port). There is no additional charge for this service. You can also enjoy the communal coffee bar while at Rivers Edge Lofts!

Although I found the units to be quaint & cute as far as design & decor (loved the farmhouse industrial look) described as pictured BUT the rooms were not clean as you could swipe a good month of dust on barn doors- not a deal breaker but for the price I would expect higher standards. Bathroom floors un-mopped as well as hair in the shower floors. It served my purpose as my son lived literally down the street. NOT to mention once I arrived I paid extra for early entry but my door code was not programmed correctly leaving me no choice but to sit and wait because I could not lock my door and if I stayed inside, I could not leave and come back because the door code I had did not work. It took numerous phone calls and text messages to try to get this resolved … again cute, but for the price I expected more. Probably will not return unless I’m in a pinch..

Very pleasant and peaceful.

I enjoyed the overall look of the interior of the property. It was very calming and easy to gather with others. All the guest were friendly and helpful if needed. All in all id recommended this place to anyone without hesitation

The unit was clean and had a nice decor. The parking was convenient. Quiet area. Next to the river with a walkway. Could hear other guests in their rooms but that didn’t bother me but it could be an issue for others. Highly recommend as an alternative to a hotel.

Nice, but a few things to be aware of

All 10 lofts on this property share a common area with a couple of Keurig machines. Each loft has its own refrigerator and microwave. Although the guest manual says that glassware is supplied, it is not. The soundproofing between rooms is minimal. The bedsheets provided don't fit the mattress, so the sheets tend to bunch up and wrinkle, making for uncomfortable sleeping at times. The WiFi wasn't working when we arrived. When I texted about it, there was no response until the next day.

Nice getaway

The loft was cute and clean the only thing that was not so great was the walls are thin and you can literally hear the next rooms conversation. It was fine thou since we were out most of the time enjoying the area.
