"The free mini bar as marketed was never there unfortunately, when leaving we saw on the announcement board that they provide it upon request, however the reception didn’t say a word about it. In general the welcoming was very cold and unpleasant. The facility and rooms were nice!"

"We loved our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and assist us. The breakfast was the most extensive buffet we have ever seen; we were shocked that there had been negative reviews. The location is great. There is a nice park across the street and it’s a short walk to many great sights. "

"We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. "

"It was a completely terrible stay, they took the money for 4 people and gave me a bed for 2 people and a sofa with a broken leg. They are also very rude and threatening people. Definitely stay away. "OK hotel in good location. Some stuff broken in room such as safety box. Expedia didn't properly disclose that $50 deposit must be paid when checking in for potential damages you may cause."

"Ich habe kürzlich ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin absolut begeistert. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich empfangen, das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!"
