No towels were provided. The hot water took a very long time to get hot. The room service was good but the server did not have an opener fro the beer. The schezwan Hakka noodles were excellent. This as a duplex, and the size of the lounge was large so it was great. Kitchen had no utensils at all, so luckily we borrowed from family we were visiting.
