"Clean room, friendly staff, clean towels, shampoo + body wash + hand soap provided, every morning cleaners were always around the hallway to get more toilet roll / amenities as needed. The only “downside” was the hotel is quite out the way from the centre, it’s about 30 minute walk and there’s a free boat that runs 24/7 to take you across the river - also there’s a lot of local bars / restaurants along the way so you can gain a more authentic vibe. If you have mobility issue though and get cabs...

"I only have positive things to say about my stay! The staff were more than welcoming and beyond helpful with recommendations and questions. You were always greeted with a smile & a hello. Although rooms are small, the hotel does a great job at keeping them modern & clean! Overall, the stay was amazing and such a great location! "

"Amazing staff who anticipated and handled every possible need. The Concierge, Brian, arranged our transportation from the airport, via email, while we were still in California, and rebooked it several times because we had so many flight delays and cancellations. He also arranged a tour of Amsterdam that was fantastic. Then when my daughter needed medical attention, he arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel. Very efficient and friendly and caring. Couldn’t ask for more."

"The hotel is safe, clean, and cozy. The rooms are silent and the blackout curtains really do their job. The bed and Lenin’s are super comfortable and the hot water is hot! The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind from the kitchen to the front desk everyone made me feel welcome and went out of their way to anticipate my needs. My only minor suggestion is to please have separate serving utensils for cheese and meats during the evening nibbles. "
