We have called on the way there and asked about the pool and sauna as we were with kids, and if there is a place to purchase swimsuit, we were assured that there is and that the pool and spa is open until 10pm, no restrictions. Upon arrival we were informed that the pool is unrestricted until 7pm and then adults only. Instead of explaining anything we were told that all info is on their website, which we have opened and found that for “Children’s Day weekend” all kids are welcome...

Literally no signal. If you need WiFi for anything during your stay then you should find another hotel. I checked out after my first night even though I booked the room for two days, telling the front desk I cannot do my work without WiFi and that I needed to find another hotel.
