In a green setting between sea and mountains, come and stay in a recent villa of 150m², located in a residential area in absolute calm. It benefits from a superb air-conditioned living room and a fully equipped fitted kitchen of 70m², 3 bedrooms including a master suite with a private bathroom, an independent shower room, a beautiful garden area, a a private sunny swimming pool offering a very beautiful view over the mountains and the village of Gaude.
In addition to its dominant position, you will be only 10 minutes from the beaches and a few minutes from amenities: bakery, supermarkets, restaurants…

The house was fabulous, clean, spacious and had it all to ourselves. It felt like being at home having all the essentials available. The scenery from the back garden was wonderful and it was lovely and peaceful. We could relax and take our time. Only issue is the distance to other cities, such as Cannes, Monte Carlo and Nice, otherwise they were all easy to get to using Uber. Magali and her family were welcoming and kind. Such a beautiful home and recommended for families who want a quiet, relaxed holiday away.

Sehr nette Vermieter, die jederzeit zur Verfügung stehen und schnell antworten.Alles wie beschrieben und sauber. Moderne Einrichtung.Ein paar mehr Handtücher wären schön gewesen, wir hatten 4 Bade-, 4 Handtücher und 4 Pooltücher zur Verfügung.Ein Satz mehr wären ideal gewesen.Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Prachtig vakantiehuis

We hebben 2 weken met 5 personen verbleven in dit geweldige vakantiehuis. We werden hartelijk welkom geheten, het huis is brandschoon, ruim en volledig uitgerust. Het heeft een mooie tuin met fijn zwembad om af te koelen en een schone BBQ om lekker van te eten.De ligging is ideaal om uitstapjes te maken naar Nice, Monaco, Eze, Antibes, etc. Een auto is hierbij wel echt noodzakelijk. Eigenlijk hebben we niets aan te merken.

Séjour détente à la côte d’Azur

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante maison sur deux étages avec tout le confort que l’on peut espérer : barbecue, détente à la piscine ou dans le jardin. Idéal pour les familles. Le repos et l’amusement avec une vue exceptionnelle. Parfait!

Pleasant stay in in La Gaude

The property was excellent and had everything you would need, modern and minimalist. It is a short drive from the village, which was not suitable for walking to. The hosts were excellent at communicating and were quick and helpful with their responses to any questions we had. Beautiful view from the garden and pool. Easy access to Nice, Monaco, Cannes and surrounding villages. A very quiet and relaxing space to be on holiday.

Wundervolles Haus

Wir hatten mit zwei Erwachsenen und vier Kindern einen traumhaften Urlaub bei Magali und Manu. Die Kommunikation lief auf Französisch, aber mit einer Übersetzer-App kamen wir gut klar. Das Haus war absolut sauber und wir wurden mit ein paar Getränken im Kühlschrank überrascht. In jedem Zimmer gibt es Fernseher mit Canal+ Pay-TV sowie sehr gute Klimaanlagen. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Unsere Kinder konnten den Pool sehr genießen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ein paar Töpfe könnten aber erneuert werden, zudem bekam die Spülmaschine das Besteck nicht sauber. Wir hatten genügend Handtücher, aber bei Wasserratten schadet es nicht, noch ein paar eigene mitzunehmen. Die Begrüßung und die Einführung ins Haus waren sehr nett und die Übergabe am Ende verlief ebenso freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stunning views & super clean villa

Villa location is stunning. Definitely need a car but easy to get around to explore the coast line, we parked in Cagnes sur mer and then got train which was really easy. Villa was very clean when we arrived and owners are super responsive.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt um die Côte d’Azur zu erkunden und zu relaxen

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage mit Sicht auf die umgebenden Berge. Von Cagnes am Fuße des Berges sind es 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit pro Weg hinauf zur Unterkunft. Der Weg führt über kleine kurvige Straßen. Der Pool, der Garten sowie der Blick auf die umgebende Bergwelt überzeugen. Das Haus ist geeignet, um sich auszuruhen und es sich gutgehen zu lassen. Preis/Leistung stehen dennoch in keinem guten Verhältnis, vergleicht man das Haus mit dem Angebot anderer Mittelmeerländer. Die Ausstattung ist einfach. Das Bad und die Küche sind spartanisch eingerichtet. Handtücher, Gartenstühle und Liegen, Alles wirkt abgezählt. Das Bett ist mit einer einfachen Zudecke versehen. Eine Decke für kühlere Nächte fehlt. Außerdem lässt sich mit der Spülmaschine nur schwerlich sauber spülen. Die Vermieter sprechen kein Englisch, was auf dem Vermietniveau aber der Standard ist. Zumal, wenn in den deutschsprachigen Raum vermietet wird. Die Endreinigung kostet schließlich € 150 in bar extra. Darauf wird gleich sofort nach der Ankunft, nicht aber in der Beschreibung oder der Vorkorrespondenz mit dem Vermieter hingewiesen. Obgleich das Haus nett ist, lassen die Einfachheit der Ausstattung bei einem Übernachtungspreis von € 400 pro Nacht und der fehlenden Transparenz der Kosten für die Endreinigung für uns nur eine Bewertung von 3 Sternen zu.

Super mit einigen Hinweisen

Eine sehr schöne Villa, tolle Ausstattung und gute Lage wenn man einen PKW hat. Wissen muss man, dass es echt viele Mücken gibt und dass die Endreinigung, wenn man sie nicht selbst machen will, 150 Euro kostet. Das kann man so in der Beschreibung nicht lesen.

Beautiful property with amazing views

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. The property is modern, extremely well equipped and in a great location a short drive away from Nice city centre. Magali the host was very helpful and despite our poor French we were able to communicate effectively. The scenery is stunning and can be enjoyed from the lovely pool, house and gardens. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return one day.

Ein wunderbares Haus zum entspannen

Wir haben in diesem wunderbaren Haus in La Gaude unsere Sommerferien verbracht und waren alle begeistert. Der Empfang von Magali und ihrem Mann, als auch der Umgang miteinander waren toll. Das Haus ist ganz genauso wie beschrieben , der Pool ist toll und der Ausblick lädt zum träumen ein. Von hier aus ist alles gut zu erreichen und der nächste Supermarkt ist nur ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in einem ein super Haus mit super Gastgebern !!! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub !!!

lovely location, wonderful stay

This beautiful house was the ideal location for visits to the seaside and mountain villages whilst just staying at the property without going anywhere and just enjoying the lovely garden with swimming pool in all privacy was just as wonderful.
