Housing:

You will appreciate my accommodation for its functionality, decoration and equipment. It is a Provençal house with many dependencies, large gardens, large terraces and finally a magnificent view of the village of St Paul, Vence and the sea.

The apartment can accommodate 8 people.

For your comfort, the following amenities will be at your disposal:

• Friendly lounge: sofa, coffee table, dining area, fireplace.
• Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, blender, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils.
• 1st bedroom: two single beds, bedside table, desk.
• 2nd bedroom: kingsize bed, bedside table, storage space.
• 3rd bedroom: two single beds, storage space.
• 1 sofa bed: for 2 persons
• Extra beds are available but only for children.

• 1st bathroom: shower, sink, towel dryer.
• 2nd large bathroom: bath, shower, heated towel rail, storage space, toilets.
• 3rd bathroom: bathtub, heated towel rail, shower, storage space, toilets.
• Separate toilets

You can also enjoy an outside equipped with:

The house is in a quiet, pleasant, residential and secure area in Vence.

To do :

• St Paul de Vence, 10 minutes by car.
• Visit the beautiful seaside towns: Cannes, Nice, Cagnes-sur-Mer.

• Nice airport is 20 minutes by car
