Beaches reachable in less than 10 minutes by car.
The house is very nice with its Provencal decoration.
It is framed by its terraces and lawns.
Spacious with a large living room and fireplace.
Upstairs, 3 spacious and refined rooms, enjoy a view of the hills and pine forests, plus a bathroom, shower room with shower and separate toilet.
Outside, facing south on the lawn with a round stone table for country meals and pool against low or you can enjoy the sun optimally!
The villa is fully air conditioned.
Sleeps 7 people including 1 baby (possibility to provide a cot and a baby chair)
Villa ideal to spend holidays in peace with the song of the cicadas at the time of the aperitif and breakfast in the sun beneficial on the grass with the chirping of the birds.

Superbe semaine en famille

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille. L'hôte est très accueillant et a pris le temps de nous accueillir sur place. Il avait bcp de bonnes adresses et recommandations. La maison est très bien située, au calme mais pas loin de Nice et de la côte. On était tellement bien à la maison que nous n'avons pas bcp visité les environs, donc il va falloir revenir pour continuer notre découverte de la région !

Logement très bien équipé et très propre dans un cadre agréable. Très bonne communication avec Frédéric qui est très à l'écoute et de bon conseil. La piscine en contrebas est bien positionnée et permet de profiter de celle-ci en toute tranquillité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour sur place.

Belle et grande maison, clim, piscine, bbq, en esprit nature. Maison est très bien équipée. On est obligé de prendre la voiture pour faire les courses, sinon bien située pour accéder à Nice et à la mer. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire

Lovely and Private Paradise

We had a wonderful stay here in the summer! The host was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The property was beautiful and very clean both inside and outside. We greatly enjoyed relaxing in the lovely yard, and swimming in the pool with our infant. It was also very convenient to be able to do laundry and cook food for ourselves. The property was in a quiet neighborhood and the rooms and backyard had a gorgeous view of a large forest. The host directed us to excellent restaurants nearby. In the daytime, we took our rental car to Nice for the markets and the beach, to Eze, and other day trips, and it was easy to commute to and from the property for this. I would highly recommend this property and this host. We were well taken care of and felt very relaxed, happy, and safe staying here with our baby. Thanks again for a visit that we will always remember!

Grande maison d’été

Maison dont le mobilier peut vous paraître un peu ancien mais tout le confort/électroménager très récent/tous produits sont presents donc n’amenez que vos affaires (même les plug anti moustiques sont la). La vue est magnifique et les 2 tables extérieures qui ont toutes les 2 des vues vous permettent de choisir votre emplacement en fonction du soleil ou des voisins. Au bout de la route il y a une forêt avec des parcours piétons ou vélos assez sympa voire technique. Frédéric est un hôte adorable, souple, de bons conseils et sympa. (2 bouteilles au frais nous attendaient)

Very typical French home in excellent location . Good base for exploring nearby French towns. Supermarket and boulangerie is approx 5-10 min drive from property. Frederic was very accommodating and welcoming when we arrived . Thank you

Très chouette maison avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Super piscine, les terrasses des 2 côtés de la maison sont au top. Très bon accueil avec Frédéric qui est de bon conseil pour les ballades plages et les restaurants du coin. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacance.

Excellent séjour sous le signe de la détente et vue imprenable

La maison de Frédéric est super! Elle a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un super séjour en famille. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos deux enfants. Deux terrasses permettent de passer de supers repas en profitant de la vue dont on ne se lasse pas. C’est calme et en même temps près de tout… une belle piscine privée nous permet de nous rafraîchir en toute sécurité, elle est peu profonde pour les enfants mais permet aux adultes de nager quand même. La pièce principale est climatisée ainsi que toutes les chambres ce qui nous permet de profiter du beau temps mais de pouvoir passer de belles nuits confortables. Nous recommandons à tous cette belle maison pour des vacances reposantes en famille ou entre amis. Merci à Frédéric pour la flexibilité dans l’heure d’arrivée suite aux bouchons.

Agréable séjour avec vues imprenables

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la propriété de Frédéric qui a été très sympathique avec nous. La maison est bien équipée avec des électros de qualité. La vue de chacune des 2 terrasses est fabuleuse. Comme communiqué à Frédéric, il serait cependant utile de préciser que la villa est mitoyenne même, si les voisins se sont avérés très discrets. L'emplacement de la villa est idéal pour visiter la région.

Maison charmante et fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances à 5, avec un couple d'amis. L'endroit est calme avec très peu de vis à vis, proche de Nice et de la montagne. L'équipement est complet et en parfait état de propreté. Frédéric donne de très bons conseils et il est toujours dispo pour régler le moindre problème rapidement avec gentillesse et toujours le sourire (merci à lui :-)). Nous recommandons sans reserve cette location pour des vacances reposantes dans une région magnifique, autant côté Côte d'Azur que côté arrière pays montagneux.

Fijn verblijf

We hebben hier een week gezeten vol tevredenheid. Het uitzicht is prachtig en locatie is fijn gelegen. Zo een kwartier van de stad verwijderd en een half uur van Cannes. De accommodatie zelf was schoon en netjes. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij was goed te bereiken als dat nodig was. Deze woning is echt een aanrader voor een rustige vakantie!

Nice house in great location

We were a family of 5 staying 10 days in the Villa. Communication with Frédéric was good before and throughout the whole visit. The "checkin" was OK and we received the key to the villa without any problem. During our stay Frédéric visited us in the villa a few times and gave us an introduction to the area and suggested a very nice resturante and also a walk up the mountain nearby (Saint-Jeannet). The walk up the mountain is highly recommented. The villa has two very nice terasses where it is possible to sit - this without being disturbed by neighbors or others. The pool is also located very good. Highly recommended villa.

Well equipped villa with great view!

Great villa with beautiful view over the hills! All three bedrooms were comfortable, each of them having an own air conditioning – very much needed in July! In addition there was air conditioning downstairs at the living room. The villa as a whole was well equipped and the owner very helpful and easy to reach. Our youngsters especially appreciated the wi-fi and the whole family enjoyed swimming in the clean and refreshing pool. Nice and beautiful nearby villages are only few minutes away by car. We can fully recommend!

Fantástica

Casa muy amplia, en una zona muy tranquila a 10 minutos de Niza. La pisicina pequeña pero estupenda, el vecindario silencioso y seguro. Hay varios supermercados cerca. Perfecta para planes de Niza, Cannes, Mónaco, Antibes,.... Fantástica!
