"The property is 6 cottages within a separate resort. The resort for families is great. Falcon Cottages are not. We were put in a filthy cottage basically a mobile. Stained couch and dining chairs, broken blinds. Dried up food down the back of the counter and chairs. I went to use a baking pan only to find it full of grease. Windows dirty, the bathroom floor was all chewed up and covered up with a mat. BBQ looked like it hadn't been cleaned from last year and toaster didn't work. I swear we...

"Really well appointed place with homey touches. Was a bit confusing around where to park and needed to correspond with host for clarification. Mike responded promptly and took care of the issue. The unit is quite wheelchair accessible (no stairs, level entry). The bed was quite high for an easy transfer and there was no grab bar next to the toilet., but there was a sturdy one in the tub). A few minor adjustments (like swapping out the sink for one with knee clearance) would make this place...
