I would not recommend this place to anyone—especially not for families. Our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived.
At check-in, when we had concerns about the room, the staff immediately dismissed us, saying “You booked through a third party (Expedia), we can’t help you. You should have booked directly with us.” That set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The room itself was in poor condition: the bathtub was filthy, the wash basin was clogged, and the AC unit was covered in dust. The curtains didn’t close properly, making it easy for people outside to see in—zero privacy.
The pool was closed, which was very disappointing for the kids. When we asked when it would reopen, the staff didn’t even bother to respond. We never got to use it. Additionally, there was a strong cannabis smell around the premises, which was both unpleasant and inappropriate—especially for a family environment.
To top it off, when we politely requested a 30-minute late checkout, the receptionist responded rudely and said we would be charged extra.
Unclean, unprofessional, and unwelcoming—this was by far one of our worst hotel experiences..
