We stayed for one night, the room was very clean and staff was very helpful. Being on Lundy’s made it really convenient for the night with a lot to do around us. Would definitely recommend and book again!!

It was a great stay, staff is vary nice and also provide us with extra pillows, when we asked nicely. Room was vary clean, bed was comfortable. Only thing is no coffee in room and could use bigger towels in the suite rooms.

The room was very clean, a little dated with some paint chips on the walls. The area was quiet and a nice distance from shopping, restaurants, and even the Falls area. Hotel was easy to get into and out of, even though it was on a busier road. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ok... So if you are looking for a budget hotel, this is it. One that the police frequent and one that doesn't let you have a bath because they capped off the faucet (shower only). Overall the experience wasn't great. The bed was ok. A bit hard but ok. The cigarette burn in my sheet wasn't a great sign but you get what you pay for, I guess. The bathroom smelled musty and the sink didn't have a P-trap, so the smell of the pipes came right up through the drain. The AC was either too cold or too hot but at least they had an AC, right? I'm not sure what to say that could be all that positive other than the fact that the owners (I think they were the owners) were quite friendly. Just an FYI that Google has (or had) a picture of a pool. This is a lie. They also do not have any laundry service nor ice machine. Good luck!

Bed were very dirty with hair from previous clients, smelly bed sheets no proper shower area, very small washroom and ask for the deposit at counter which is not listed on or add same for the pictures not the room shown

Extremely pathetic and unhygienic place. Found insect on curtains as soon as we checked in. Floor was having dust on it, bathroom was super stinky and dirty. Water from tap was not even suitable to wash hands as it was not clear. Bed springs were broken. No sockets in entire room except from AC and side lamp’s plug. Entire room had very bad odour. Also staff’s service was poor. Trued knocking the office door for multiple times but no one opened the door or came to assist even for once while door had a sign of OPEN throughout the stay. I understand that it is a 2 star hotel and can’t expect any extraordinary, however, a person can expect at least cleanliness and hygiene. Pathetic place to stay. Sleeping in a car is recommended over this place

The room was small and shabby but the bed was clean. Mattress and pillows were terrible but the room was dry. The neighbourhood has seen better days. We stayed here at the end of our holiday due to a car breakdown that needed repairs next day and this was close to the repair shop and affordable. Should have spent more anywhere else. Oops!

Didn't get in until late so don't know the property, room was clean, could use a good coat of paint, and a little TLC, bathroom flooded with taking a shower, so if you're looking for a night to just stop get some cheap sleep , this is the place.

It’s a low cost option for Niagara Falls, and it comes across that way. The room was clean enough, the area safe enough. A decent option if travelling on a budget.
