"For the price it’s good! But the housekeeping unformentely doesn’t clean any of the room. They just give new towels and water if you request it. We were there for 5 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned- which was a shame. Overall for the price you pay, it’s good! There are quite a few nice restaurants around and bars. The coffee shop downstairs was our favourite in all of Hanoi lovely staff"

"I highly recommend Oakwood Residence! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great area.
