"Good for the price and away from the road so no traffic noise. The room was as pictured on the website. Staff were helpful and has washing machines and dryers in the reception which are included in the rental. Overall a pleasant stay."

"I stayed there for about 10 days, but the room was cleaned and the towels were changed twice. The problem is that even if the guest requests cleaning, the room is not cleaned. There are other good accommodations in this area, so I will not use this place next time."

"We have had a most wonderful stay at Royal Palace Hotel located in the heart of the Old Quarter. Even before we arrived Jennie was exceptionally helpful at organising our tour to Sapa, and answering any questions we had. When we arrived, Jimmi and his team were very helpful, kind and approachable. They on many occasions went the extra mile, organising a cake for my partners birthday, car ride from the train station to Sapa, keeping our luggage with them while we went to Sapa and always providing...

"This is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location in Hanoi. The service is outstanding throughout the hotel—everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with great vegan options which was important for me. I highly recommend the rooftop bar too, as well as the spa! Would definitely stay here again! "
