"Great spot, great host that second visit there has always been delightful to stay at so happy to make this a permanent spot for when I need to travel north and spend the night. Neighbouring restaurant was a bit of a let down sadly."

"The hotelier at reception placed us in a really stunning 2 bedroom apartment. It was up on the top floor, completely exposed to the sparkling waters of the beach directly across the road. The front of the apartment had large bi-fold doors which opened completely out to the roomy sunny balcony. We could see the Waitangi grounds while sitting relaxing with a glass of bubbly. "Ein grosses schönes Zimmer - fast schon ein Haus zu einem fairen Preis, wenn es einem nichts ausmacht, dass man ca 30min zum Dorf laufen muss, hat aber einen guten Weg. "

"The apartment itself met our needs and it was amazing being right across the road from the beach. Great kitchen facilities and lovely warm space.
However, being on the bottom floor apartment means you can hear all upstairs and driveway noise which happened to be a lot during our stay and the parking is pretty tight outside the front apartments."
