"Nous avons séjourné dans cet hébergement 2 nuits et c’était vraiment parfait. Il est situé à une distance accessible à vélo de toutes les attractions touristiques. Des vélos étaient à notre disposition, nous n’avons donc pas eu besoin de payer pour des tours, car tout était à proximité. Le staff est aimable et super serviable. La vue depuis la chambre est juste incroyable. Nous étions au premier étage, mais payer un extra pour être au 2e étage vaut vraiment le coup. Les chambres sont très belles...

"My family arrived at 8pm only to be greeted with a shocked look and being told that they did not have our 2 room booking. We were then asked to squeeze into a single unit, with the promise that the next night would as per our booking. The next night, it seemed they sold our room to another guest and proposed we squeeze into the single room again. We insisted on getting a new room and they (somehow magically) managed to clear one for us. Poor service. Also... The tap water there is brown....

"Out of everywhere we stayed during our two-week trip around Vietnam, Happy Tam Coc Ecolodge was hands down the best. "This may be one of our favorite properties in our honeymoon. It is newer so the gym was not yet ready but that was okay. The pool was so relaxing! They have dining on the property but since it was slow season it wasn’t a buffet breakfast like advertise, again not that big of deal. Highly recommend renting bikes for free from them and just heading into the city to eat! Also they do take you on golf carts to the city for free also! Very very nice resort "

" We had a wonderful time staying with Joan and his family. They were there to answer all our questions. The rooms were very clean and modern, the AC worked well, and it was spacious. He even offered us in room massage service for 200.000 vnd an hour - this was amazing !! Also the view from the balancing is AMAZING as advertised ! "

"Beautiful serene accomodation middle of mountains and rice paddies. Can’t be better than this. Bed was very comfortable and quiet. Room had all the amenities required for the stay. "The address as listed on Hotels.com is not correct. The hotel was in actual fact 3km outside Tam Coc. Since this is mainly what I’ve based my decision on when making the booking this is a major issue. When arriving at the hotel at 21:00 there was no one there and everything was closed and lights switched off - it said on Hotels.com the reception is available 24/7? It also said on Hotels.com there would be a buffet breakfast - this was definitely not the case. I feel misled and...
