"Staff service, hotel design, awesome coffee machine at the foyer. It was the best coffee I had during my entire trip. Free laundry. Staff delivered our luggage to our rooms."

"The rooms are always cozy and quiet, as well as the bathrooms are AMAZING here. I love the japanese style washroom as well as the beds are comfy. Only complaint is they are a little low to the ground, but the only person who had a problem with that was my parents. Other than that this property is so beautiful and quiet and low key, my favorite place to stay thank you all in Kyoto!!"

"Truly one of the best stays my husband and I had! It was such a relaxing experience with the amenities and was spacious for what we both had (two carry-ons). I would highly recommend and would definitely come back again to stay! "

"The room was well equipped, clean and functional. The washer/dryer was easy to use. Irons are available.
The staff were friendly, professional and helpful at all times. They were happy to assist with any questions or needs. The area is close to picking transport including metro or buses and about a 10 minute walk to Kyoto main station. I would catch a taxi if you have luggage which is what we did.
I would stay here again. "

"One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan. The front desk staff were so friendly, polite, and helpful. Truly exceptional service. The room was spotless, amenities were top quality, and the location was perfect.
Also, the shampoo and conditioner were amazing, best I’ve ever used! I’d love to know the brand.
We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Japan!
