The market town of Bovey Tracey is within easy reach of the property, which boasts a fortnightly farmers market and an array of shops, cafes, restaurants and amenities. There are a wealth of towns and villages to visit, why not take a day out to explore, Totnes, Moretonhampstead or the coastal towns in the South Hams. Walks for the family and pet pooch are plentiful, with seasonal changing scenery found not only on Dartmoor, but the nearby reservoirs and National Trust gardens. Beaches are plentiful for fun in the sun or strolling in Autumn - Shaldon, Maidencombe and Ness Cove beach are all within easy reach of the property. For active children there is a skate board park, outdoor pool and play park all within walking distance of the property This deceptively large and spacious property offers three bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find two of the three bedrooms, a double and a spacious twin. You will also find the first of the two shower rooms, which offers a rainfall shower and WC. Head down the three steps to the lounge/diner which is a fabulous space, where you can relax and pull back the bi-folding doors, giving you uninterrupted views over the rolling countryside and towards Dartmoor National Park. Enjoy leisurely meals around the dining table or catch up on your favourite programmes on the OLED Smart TV. Step through the double doors into the magnificent kitchen, which is the perfect place for preparing meals for the evening’s entertainment. The kitchen it is equipped with two electric ovens and a gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, wine cooler and microwave. From here another set of bi-folding doors lead out onto the patio and garden. Next door to the kitchen is the utility room which offers a washing machine. From the utility room is the entrance to the games room, so even on rainy days you will not be at a loss for things to do. Finally head upstairs to the first floor master bedroom which offers impressive floor to ceiling feature windows with a Juliet balcony, an emperor bed, a free-standing bath, a walk in wardrobe and Smart TV. Across the landing is the second shower room, offering a rainfall shower and WC.
